  • How can I purchase a loan online?
    You can only purchase an online loan in the banking app, or you can also submit an online application.

Deposits

  • What types of deposits do you have?
    "garant", "Manoli", "Imkoniyat", "Qulay", "Umid", "Khush kelibsiz", "Khush kelibsi" (online)  deposits available.
  • Can I withdraw money before the deposit expires?
    Yes, of course you can.
  • In what form can I receive the money I deposited?
    If you deposited money through a banking application, then in non-cash form. If you invested in cash in one of the bank branches, you will receive it in cash at the same branch.

International money transfers

  • What types of money transfers do you offer?

  • Can I find out the maximum amount for sending abroad?

  • What currency can I send or receive money in?
    International money orders can be accepted and sent in foreign currency.

    International money transfers operate from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:30.

    The Garant Bank mobile application works in the IOS and Android operating systems.  On the IOS operating system via the App store,  on Android via the Play Market you can download.

  • Can I see my loans in the mobile app?
    Yes, sure. In the app you can see only online loan statistics. 
  • If I have problems obtaining an online loan, who can I contact?

General questions

  • How can I connect SMS notifications to my card?
    If your card is Uzcard, you can connect it at your nearest ATM. If your card is Humo, you need to go with your passport to the branch where you purchased the card. 
  • Can non-residents issue a card to your bank?
    Unfortunately, cards are not issued to non-residents of the country.
  • I lost my card, how can I block it?
    In this case you need to contact the Call Center  or the branch where you issued the card.
  • How can I get a loan according to the N-Qulay tariff?
     You can purchase a loan at the N-Qulay tariff on our partners’ territory. You can find out  full information about partners on the website nqulay.uz.
  • How much does issuing new cards cost?
    Uzcard - 40,250, Humo - 40,250, Multicurrency card - 40,250, Visa card - free (a security deposit is required when issuing a new card)
  • What document is required for currency exchange?
    Up to $100, no passport is required. More than $100, you must present your original passport.

Installment plan

  • What is n-qulay?

    n-qulay is the provision of a limit of funds on an interest-free basis for the purchase of goods in installments from project partners.

    The limit of funds is credited to a virtual card.

  • What are the limits?

    Limits from 1 000 000 to 20 000 000 UZS.

    Limits are determined for each client individually, the calculation depends on the amount of funds received to the card specified during registration.

    For example, if a client receives a salary of 1 000 000 UZS, then his approximate limit will be no more than 4 000 000 UZS. If the salary is more than 5 000 000 UZS, then most likely he will be given the maximum amount of 20 000 000 UZS.

    If the client expected to receive a limit greater than what was actually received, then most likely the client has a debt in another bank, pawnshop, credit organization, and based on calculations of the debt load, he was offered a limit with a reduced amount.

    It is possible that not enough funds are received on the card specified during registration, but the client’s official salary would allow him to receive a higher limit amount. In this case, the system makes its own decision and carries out calculations based on the actual data received.

  • What can affect a refusal to issue a limit to a client?

    Incorrect data provided when registering an application.

    The card specified during registration was issued less than 6 months.

    The card is not a salary card (pension cards, co-branding cards, scholarships, currency cards are not accepted)

    The card expires in less than 8 months

    The frequency of receipt of funds (salaries) does not meet the requirements, i.e. there have been no receipts for the last 3 months.

    The client has a loan from another bank and his debt load does not allow him to be given a limit.

    The client has a bad credit history (perhaps he did not pay other loans on time).

  • Cost of goods?

    The cost of goods when paying in cash and in installments may vary. Typically, goods purchased in installments are more expensive, but it should be taken into account that the cost of the goods is set by the store, the limit of funds is provided by the n-qulay system on an interest-free basis, and n-qulay has nothing to do with pricing (difference in cost).

  • Repayment procedure

    The total amount of purchases is divided proportionally into 12 months from the date of purchase.

    Only the amount spent is refundable!

    Example: The client was assigned a limit of 10,000,000 soums, of which he spent 2 000 000 UZS, only 2 000 000 UZS are subject to return, which will be divided proportionally over 12 months, the monthly payment will be 166 667 UZS. The remaining 8 000 000 UZS will be cancelled.

  • How can I get my money back?

    It is the client's responsibility to independently monitor monthly payments.

    The mandatory monthly payment date is the 5th of each month.

    Monthly payment can be made in a payment app (the most common are Payme / Click / Apelsin). To do this, you need to select a section in the application «Loan repayment», find «Garant bank» indicate your loan ID and payment amount.

    To find out your ID you can call 71 200 27 00 or 71 256 31 12.

    If the client does not make the payment on the 5th, the refund is made by automatically debiting funds from the card specified during registration and other cards owned by the client.

    If the client wishes to prematurely repay part or all of the spent amount, he should use the payment application, top up the card specified during registration and contact the number 71 2563112 with a request to write off the funds.

    It is also possible to repay the loan at the Garant bank JSC cash desk «Garant bank».

    If for some reason the client wants to make a repayment in cash, he should top up his card at the ATM and use all of the above methods.

  • How to cancel the installment plan?

    There is no need to formalize a refusal; it is enough not to use the limit for 3 months and it will be canceled on its own.

  • Are there any penalties?

    If the client pays on time, then there is no penalty.

    If the client does not pay the monthly payment on the 5th, then a penalty is charged at the rate of 0.1% for each day on the amount of delay.

  • Are there any age restrictions?

    Only individuals who have reached the age of majority can register.

  • Can I cash out my limit?

    No. The limit is intended only for purchasing goods on the territory of n-qulay partners.

  • I am a pensioner, can I register?

    Cards of the Salary type are accepted for registration only. If the client is a pensioner, but is still employed and has a salary card, then he can register.

  • I am in the military, can I register?

    To register, you must have your original passport.
