Loan "Exporters"

Pre-export financing of business entities that have entered into foreign trade agreements (contracts, accounts) with non-residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the export of goods (work, services) registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan, that is, the provision of loans in addition to working capital for the purposes of production of goods and provision of services for export

Legal entities served by Garant bank JSC, as well as individual entrepreneurs without forming a legal entity

Having a main account with Bank Garant JSC, no overdue loans and debts in card file No. 2.

By export volume for the last 12 months:

1. If there is no export volume or up to 5,000,000.00 (five million) US dollars — up to 1,000,000.00 (one million) US dollars;
2. With export volumes from 5,000,000.00 (five million) to 10,000,000.00 (ten million) US dollars — up to 2 million US dollars;
3. With an export volume from 10,000,000.00 (ten million) to 15,000,000.00 (fifteen million) US dollars — up to 3,000,000.00 (three million) US dollars;
4. With an export volume from 15,000,000.00 (fifteen million) to 20,000,000.00 (twenty million) US dollars — 4,000,000.00 US dollars;
5. With an export volume of over 20,000,000.00 (twenty million) US dollars — up to 5,000,000.00 (five million) US dollars;

To replenish working capital;

up to 12 months;

4 (four) percent per annum;

Increased by 1.5 times compared to the established interest rate;

The agreed upon collateral value of the property accepted for the loan must be at least 125% of the loan amount;

1. Funds (in national and foreign currency);
2. Real estate and movable property;
3. Vehicles, the production period of which does not exceed 5 (five) years
4. Other collateral not prohibited by law;

Annuity/differential

Monthly in accordance with the loan repayment schedule
Payment of the loan principal and accrued interest by the 5th date;

Financing of activities that contradict the current legislation and credit policy of the Republic of Uzbekistan is not permitted

1. Application;
2. Certificate of state registration;
3. Balance sheet submitted to the State Tax Inspectorate for the last reporting period; (form 1-2) - (except for individual entrepreneurs);
4. Business plan;
5. Valuation of the property securing the loan by an independent expert;

The borrower's credit information provided to the State Register of Credit Information and credit bureaus must correspond to the credit information in the credit information collection file (any other documents established by law);
