Inquiries received by Garant bank in Q1 2026

In the first quarter of 2025, Garant bank received a total of 29,647 inquiries. 

Of these:

- 29,594 inquiries were handled by the bank’s call center;
- 21 inquiries were submitted via the Presidential Virtual Reception;
- 3 inquiries were sent to the bank’s email address;
- 1 inquiries were received through the Central Bank hotline;
- 1 inquiry was submitted through the hotline of the Cabinet of ministers. 

The highest number of inquiries originated from the Andijan, Samarkand, and Tashkent city branches of the bank.
