In the second quarter of 2025, Garant bank received a total of 13,643 inquiries. Of these:
- 13,607 inquiries were handled by the bank’s call center;
- 17 inquiries were submitted via the Presidential Virtual Reception;
- 10 inquiries were sent to the bank’s email address;
- 8 inquiries were received through the Central Bank hotline;
- 1 inquiry was submitted through the hotline of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
The highest number of inquiries originated from the Bukhara, Samarkand, and Tashkent city branches of the bank.
