Temporary technical issue in the client identification system

Dear customers, 

On April 29, 2026, during business hours, a technical issue has been observed in the iABS banking system affecting the identification process of new clients.

This issue is caused by a disruption in connectivity with the external service rmp-apimgw.egov.uz (State Personalization Center).

As a result, errors are being recorded in system-generated requests, and the identification process for new clients is not being completed in full.
