About the vacancy

Main goals:
  1. Recruiting candidates - the entire cycle from receiving an application to the candidate's employment (mass and targeted hiring);
  2. Adaptation and support of new employees during the probationary period.
  3. Participation in HR projects and processes (training, development, corporate events, social programs);
  4. Participation in job fairs at the university, work with university graduates to attract them to the Bank
Requirements for candidates:
  1. Practical experience of effective recruiting (mass hiring, workers, office employees);
  2. Knowledge of modern selection tools and the ability to apply them;
  3. Ability to work with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets;
  4. University degree in HR or a related specialty (preferred).
