About the vacancy
Main goals:
- Recruiting candidates - the entire cycle from receiving an application to the candidate's employment (mass and targeted hiring);
- Adaptation and support of new employees during the probationary period.
- Participation in HR projects and processes (training, development, corporate events, social programs);
- Participation in job fairs at the university, work with university graduates to attract them to the Bank
Requirements for candidates:
- Practical experience of effective recruiting (mass hiring, workers, office employees);
- Knowledge of modern selection tools and the ability to apply them;
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets;
- University degree in HR or a related specialty (preferred).
