About the position
Main goals:
- Monitoring compliance with the procedure for concluding and executing contracts;
- Conducting legal examination of contracts;
- Carrying out legal protection of the interests of the bank;
- Preparation of claim documents to protect the interests of the bank;
- Representing the interests of the bank in judicial, tax, and law enforcement agencies;
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws in the bank.
Requirements for candidates:
- Knowledge of contractual and corporate work;
- Knowledge of banking legislation governing the activities of Joint Stock Companies;
- Work experience in the legal services of a bank (at least one year);
- Knowledge of procedural legislation;
- Proficiency in Uzbek and Russian languages;
- Confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel).
