1. The bank provides payment cards to clients: cards of local payment systems «Uzcard» и «Humo», and also cards of international payment systems «Visa» и «MasterCard».
2. Card accounts are opened and serviced at bank branches
3. Payment cards are issued at all bank offices within 3 (three) banking days from the date of submission of the application for receiving a Payment card.
4. Upon receipt of the Payment Card, the cardholder presents an identification document (passport or ID card).
5. The bank issues Payment cards «UzCard» for a period of 3 (three) years and «Humo» for 5 (five) years.

How to use your card at retail outlets

Do not present your card for payment if you think that the cashier or point of sale cannot be trusted. When making payments in a retail and service network, make sure that the cashier does not pass your card through the POS terminal several times. Otherwise, the card will be charged twice. After receiving the check, be sure to check the amount indicated on the check. Require transactions with a bank card only in your presence.

 

How to use PIN code

Do not share your PIN code information with anyone, even relatives. Do not respond to SMS messages, emails or phone calls if you are asked to provide or send your PIN code and card number information. Even if such letters come on behalf of your credit organization – this is scam.

How to conduct transactions at an ATM

When operating an ATM, do not allow unauthorized persons to approach you. Do not accept advice or assistance from third parties when conducting transactions with a bank card at ATMs. If the ATM holds your card, immediately contact the bank and report the situation. If you see that the ATM has been in standby mode for a long time and randomly reboots, cancel your operation (by pressing the «сancel») and wait for the card to be returned. Make a transaction at another ATM.
