Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP-3724 dated May 14, 2018 “On measures for the accelerated development of electronic commerce” defines the task of developing and approving a procedure for preserving the telephone number of a mobile network subscriber when switching to another mobile operator. Clients of Garant Bank JSC, when changing their mobile operator, do not need to re-register to use the Garant Mobile mobile application. It is planned that SMS notifications will be received as usual.
