On October 21, 2024, a client contacted the bank’s call center with a complaint. When attempting to withdraw 140,000 UZS from an ATM operated by Garant bank located at the Buyuk Ipak Yuli subway station and connected to the HUMO system, the amount was debited from the card, but no cash was dispensed. The client submitted a request for a refund.
Since the client’s card was issued by Asakabank, the staff at Garant bank reached out to colleagues at Asakabank to confirm the transaction, which was verified. This information was also checked through the National Interbank Processing Center.
Based on the client’s request from October 21, 2024, the undispensed amount of 140,000 UZS was refunded to the client’s card through the National Interbank Processing Center.
