Garant bank invites a legal adviser to work in its branches

Garant bank invites you to work as a “Legal Advisor” in branches:

— Chinar (Tashkent City);
— Kibray (Tashkent region);
— Gazalkent (Tashkent region).

Main tasks:
• Monitoring compliance with the procedure for concluding and executing contracts;
• Conducting a legal review of contracts;
• Implementation of legal protection of the interests of the bank;
• Preparation of claim documents to protect the interests of the bank;
• Representing the interests of the bank in judicial, tax and law enforcement agencies;
• Ensuring compliance with labor legislation in the bank.

Requirements for candidates:
•  Knowledge of contract and corporate work;
•  Knowledge of banking legislation regulating the activities of joint stock companies;
•  Work experience in legal services of a bank (minimum one year);
•  Knowledge of procedural law;
•  Knowledge of Uzbek and Russian languages;
•  Confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel).
