Team Building at JSC "Garant bank"

  "Garant bank" is pleased to announce the organization of a team-building event aimed at fostering effective team cohesion in light of the expansion of our dynamic workforce and the integration of new employees into our welcoming family.
   On July 23, 2025, we conducted a unique team-building event titled "Meet Without a Tie." This occasion provided an excellent opportunity to strengthen internal connections, create a positive atmosphere, and enhance interaction among colleagues. The program featured engaging gamification elements that allowed each participant to showcase their talents and express their opinions in an informal setting.
   Among the activities conducted was the construction of a Scrum tower, which not only deepened our understanding of Agile methodology but also brought the team closer together in practice. Participants also had the chance to demonstrate their knowledge through various quizzes, where everyone found the opportunity to shine. At the conclusion of the event, nominations for awards were announced, highlighting the achievements and successes of our employees and their teams.
   Furthermore, we created a virtual digital "Bank of Dreams," which has become a symbol of our collective aspirations and ambitions. This project will reflect our boldest ideas and desires, creating a platform for discussing future projects and initiatives.
   We are confident that this team-building event marked a significant step in strengthening our team spirit and fostering a comfortable and productive working atmosphere.
