In the third quarter of 2025, Garant bank received a total of 16 881 inquiries.
Of these:
• 38 inquiries were submitted through the Presidential Virtual Reception Office;
• 9 — through the Central Bank’s hotline;
• 12 — via the Bank’s email address;
• 1 inquiry — through the Prosecutor General’s Office hotline;
• 16 821 inquiries were received by the call center.
The largest number of inquiries came from the Bank’s branches located in Bukhara, Samarkand, Ishtikhan, Urgench, Kibray, Gazalkent, and the city of Tashkent.
