Escrow Accounts Now Available Online in the Garant bank App

Garant bank continues to expand its digital banking services with a new feature that allows customers to open escrow accounts directly through its mobile app.

Customers buying a home or a car can now open an escrow account online, without visiting a bank branch.

What is an escrow account?

An escrow account is a special bank account designed to make transactions between buyers and sellers more secure. The buyer’s funds are held in the account and released to the seller once the agreed conditions of the transaction have been met.

Benefits of the new service:

• Open an escrow account online without visiting a branch.
• Complete the process conveniently through the mobile app.
• Make secure payments when purchasing property or a vehicle.

How to get started

Open the Garant bank mobile app and select “Escrow” to access the service.
