Garant bank and Gorgona AI to Introduce AI into Banking Services

Garant bank and Gorgona AI have signed a cooperation memorandum and are beginning work on the secure integration of artificial intelligence into banking processes.

For customers, this could mean faster service in the future: AI will be able to assist with handling requests, documents and information, reducing the time required for certain operations.

The technologies will be introduced based on the principle that "data stays within the bank". Customers’ personal information and banking secrecy data will be processed exclusively within Garant bank’s secure infrastructure, without being transferred to external AI services or third parties.

Together with Gorgona AI, the bank will develop rules for using AI, identify suitable processes for its application and establish security requirements. Decisions that may affect customers’ rights and interests will remain under the control of bank employees.
