If the Garant bank Telegram bot is not functioning properly or is unresponsive, please follow the steps below.
First, check your internet connection. Make sure your mobile data or Wi-Fi is enabled, and try opening a website or another app to confirm that you have internet access.
If your connection is stable, restart the bot. To do this, open your chat with Garant_bank_BOT, tap the three dots in the upper right corner, and select “Delete Chat.” Then check the option “Block Bot” and confirm the deletion. After that, search for Garant_bank_BOT in Telegram and open the chat again. At the bottom of the screen, tap the “Restart” button. If the button does not appear, type the command /start manually and send it.
After restarting, the bot will prompt you to select a language (Russian or Uzbek). Choose your preferred option and continue using the service.
