Personal data and access codes are not for third parties

Personal information and access codes are the keys to your accounts. Never share them with anyone — even if the person claims to be a bank employee, customer support representative, law enforcement officer, or someone you know.

Never disclose:
• codes from SMS or push notifications (transaction confirmation codes);
• your card PIN;
• passwords to mobile banking apps and other services;
• the CVV/CVC code on the back of your card;
• passport details or other personal data requested “for verification.”

Remember: banks never ask for confirmation codes. If someone calls or messages asking you to provide a code, it’s a scam. End the conversation, don’t click on suspicious links, and contact the bank yourself using official contact details if necessary.
