- Don’t trust ads promising easy money
If an advertisement promises “low interest with no conditions,” “guaranteed returns,” “quick profits,” or “risk-free income,” it’s a reason to be cautious. Scammers often use eye-catching ads to push people into quick decisions and trick them into sending money or sharing personal data.
To avoid falling victim:
• verify information only on official company websites and pages;
• don’t click suspicious links or submit data through unknown forms;
• avoid offers that rush you or demand payment for “activation,” “fees,” or “connection”;
• remember: high returns always involve risk, and “guarantees” in ads are often misleading.
If an offer sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
