- Customer inquiries received by Garant bank in 2025
Throughout 2025, Garant bank received 183 inquiries, of which 111 were submitted via the President’s Virtual Reception, 28 through the Central Bank’s hotline, 38 via the bank’s official email address, and 6 inquiries through the Prosecutor General’s Office hotline. In addition, 111,117 inquiries were received and processed by the bank’s call center.
The highest number of inquiries was recorded at the bank’s branches and divisions in Bukhara, Samarkand, Almaz branch, Andijan, Qibray, Zangiota, Chinor, Gazalkent, as well as at the Tashkent City Operations Department.
